1. What size are the cards?
The cards are 2½" x 3½" - Baseball Card size!
2. What makes CarBrook Youth Sports Cards special?
Your sports card order is custom printed on glossy card stock to look
and feel like the real thing. These are not cheap, photographic
reproductions.
3. What kind of a picture should I send for my sports cards?
You take a picture of your athlete way you want him/her to look on the card. The photo that
you send us
is what will appear on your cards. A vertical photo will
work best. We can work from most any size photograph.
4. What is a “Copyright Release Form”?
If you use a picture that was taken by a professional, you are
required to obtain permission from
the photographer or studio to reproduce that photo.
Most photographers will grant you permission since
they cannot offer you a product similar to ours.
5. How long will it take to get my sports cards?
Once we receive your order it takes approximately
6 to 8 business days for us to process your order.
6. How is my order returned to me?
All orders are returned Priority Mail via the
United States Postal Service. Priority Mail is
usually 2 to 3 days.
7. Can we change the wording on the back of the cards?
Yes. There is an additional $10 charge to change
the templates. Write out your request and we’ll
take care of the changes.
8. Can we use a different photo on the back of the card?
Yes. Please add $10 for the second scan.
9. Can I get a discount on CarBrook Custom Sports Cards for my entire
team?
Yes, we'll give you an additional 15% discount, on each order, when you
order for cards for your entire team.
10. Can we send you a Digital Photo over the internet?
YES!
1. Digital files must be saved as either a TIFF or a JPEG.
2. File must be saved at a minimum of 150 DPI
3. A vertical photo will work best.
